Jurassic Rib Hire

Jurassic Rib Hire Ltd is a club managed by Thanes Marine Ltd based in Portland a mere 100 metres from the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy.

Jurassic Rib Hire is pleased to be able to offer Thanes Marine 5.8 metre ribs which are brand new and fitted with new 50hp Tohatsu outboards engines and supplied with two 22 litre fuel tanks. (44 litres of fuel in total).

The ribs are fitted with a plotter, fixed VHF radio, navigation lights, compass, anchor and mooring lines.

it is suggested that hirers have their own lifejackets, however 6 manual life jackets are stored on board for use in an emergency.

The ribs are suitable for anything ranging from event support to watching sailing from the water.
